Description
Capsule Filling Line is group of equipments which works in line to perform complete encapsulation operations. Filling Line consist Capsule Filling Machine, Capsule Polishing Machine, Dust Extractor, Empty Capsule Ejector, Damage Capsule Sorter & Capsule Conveying System. After the Capsule Filler capsule travels through these equipments to perform various operations. Interestingly capsule travels automatically without hand touch to comply GMP requirements. We are having Semi Automatic Capsule Filling Line as well as Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Line.

CAPSULE POLISHING MACHINE
Consisting of a stainless steel chambers installed with filter cloth, a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush stainless steel powder collector. The capsules travel from one end to other end. During this travel they are subjected to roll in between the nylon bristles and filter cloth. In this course the powder on the capsules and at the edge are removed and sucked by the Dust extractor. The Capsules coming out of the chute are thoroughly polished, shiny & clean.
CAPSULE SORTER ELEVATOR
Capsule Sorter Elevator is used to sort the diametrically Defective empty capsules &Elevate the correct capsule from Capsule Sorter Elevator to Capsule hopper of Capsule filing machine to maintain the level of Empty capsule. Its works on the principle of vibratory sorting and passing at upper side the capsules by airflow.
DUST EXTRACTOR
The Dust Extractor is uses for collecting loose powder from the polishing through dry vacuum.
EMPTY CAPSULE EJECTOR
Empty Capsule Ejector works on the principle of airflow force. Filled capsules will fall straight towards the down level & Empty capsule will eject outside when airflow force is applied on the capsules, it's specially to sort out empty capsules from filled capsules.
DAMAGE CAPSULE SORTER
Damage Capsule Sorter is uses for the sorting damaged capsules. This equipment rejects which are damaged during process of locking the capsules in Capsule Filling Machine.
CAPSULE CONVEING SYSTEM
Automatic Capsule conveying system convey filled capsules from Automatic Capsule Filling Machine to capsule polishing machine or elsewhere. It has a pump which sucks and conveys filled capsules, without interacting with human hands.
METAL DETECTOR
Pharmaceutical Metal Detectors detects metal contaminants accidently present in any Tablets, Capsules or API's on-line and reject the Metal Found. Our Pharmaceutical Metal Detectors detects all Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals including Stainless Steel. An automatic Phase Angle function cancels out any variation in product effect caused by the product under inspection. All systems incorporate an integrated high-speed reject valve mechanism.
FILLED CAPSULE SAMPLING & WEIGHING SYSTEM
The Filled Capsule Sampling & Weighing System consist of a weighing balance, pneumatic cylinder and vibrator. The filled capsules are passed through the outlet sample chute, weigh the batch of 20 capsules and individual capsules separately. If the weight of the capsules are not in the range, machine stops and message is displayed on the HMI (Human Machine Interface).

Elevating Conveyor System for Capsules with Variable Speed Controller Dive.
